When we lived in Mallorca , we lived through a hurricane. We went down to the beach the next day and the normally tranquil waves were up to four meters tall. The wind was still so strong that it was picking up the tops of the waves and lifting it into the air, throwing it at the sky

DEUTSCH

Als ich noch in Mallorca lebte, habe ich einen echten Orkan miterleben dürfen. Während ich am nächsten Tag an den Strand herunter ging, sah ich dass die ruhigen Wellen, die normalerweise gemächlich ans Ufer schwappten vier Meter hoch waren. Es herrschte immer noch ein sehr starker Wind, der es aussehen ließ, als ob der Sturm die Wellen hochreißen würde, um sie in den Himmel zu schleudern.
